The ITV Evening News Weather forecast now takes place before the And Finally...... stories. There using the same weather theme and slide from what's used for the forecasts in the regions. Alex Beresford is in front of the big screen for the weather forecast itself. It's very nicely done.

Watched it, felt a bit pushed, current news items took the toll, the weather was… over happy, I’m from Devon, just got used to Alex m, nows he’s swinging his whats around the country ?♂️?

Could have done without the weather story about Australia which seemed forced in just to have something to chat about. Perhaps use that time to do a forecast looking ahead beyond the next 24 hours.
