I can’t find any examples, but Harry Hill spoofed the current C4 blocky man idents at the beginning of his Clubnite series. From what I remember, they featured a man badly wrapped in kitchen foil walking awkwardly. Don’t suppose anyone captured these?

"From today you'll hear some new voices when you're watching UTV, as for the time being we're handing over to our colleagues at ITV, but rest assured Julian and I will be back with you as soon as possible"

I can't find it on a quick search, but basically they changed the athletic bloke to some overweight guy who could barely even climb over a rail fence, and it ends with him hurting his foot and giving up!

Not really idents, but I found this spoof collection mocking BBC 1 continuity

Monty Python used to do a lot of spoof continuity announcements over the BBC One presentation of the time:

Was debating whether to put this here or not, but Dave Jeffery made a bunch of spoof-style stuff synced to Al Du Pres’ announcements: https://youtu.be/vFCYvuaIx74
(My favorite’s the “Rugby for Wusses” slide)
