Also BT Sport 1 and 2 are DOGless (probably related) while 3 on Virgin Media at least is showing the grey BT Sport screen with buzzing and BT Sport 3HD LIVE DOG instead of BT’s own caption as posted earlier on.

Channel 4 is ok on SD but DOGless, Channel 5 has the weird bar thing on SD and it dissappears during ads, E4 SD is ok, Film 4 SD airing films and also DOGless, C4+1 is frozen on the skyline of russia with a cool DOG, More 4 SD is ok, 5 USA has the bar thing on SD, E4+1 is ok now, 4Music is still flashing, 5Star SD is ok, Paramount SD is back, 5+1 is ok excluding the Bar, Film4+1 Is flashing and DOGLESS, 4Seven is ok, 5Select still has technical issues, 4HD has a camouflaged DOG and is still stuck on Bristol Street Motors, 5 HD flashing but bar, and I'm on freeview so tell me how Box, kiss, etc are.

The Box on Sky Go is blank. No audio.
Kiss is still flickering and clicking.
UPDATE: 4 HD IS BACK EVERYONE.
Edit: 4Music had the next: bar come up.

The distribution for any given channel may well be though different routes - possibly as far as different companies doing the satellite and DTT paths. Even if it's the same company, switching the backup playout site into the different encoders is likely to be a manual process, which would explain why the same channel might have different content on different platforms.
Channel 4 SD has just gone to black on Sutton Coldfield

4 HD is just a black screen and DOG for me currently

BT's caption looks like it is being done by their TV platform team (hence the "BT TV" branding instead of "BT Sport"), so I doubt it will appear on Sky or Virgin.

Same here. No audio though. Can't be just me. It's on all of the broken channels. Sky Arts and others' sound works fine.

That's the reason I was recording C4+1, as I wasn't sure anyone had captured what had happened on C4.

Sorry the point I was getting at was its fruitless saying "C4+1" or whatever +1 is off-air/frozen/whatever, as they aren't. They're just showing what the main channel was doing (or not doing as the case may be) at the time, and C4 was frozen because of the issues at White City, so it follows C4+1 will appear frozen, as its just effectively a recording on a one hour delay.

How does a +1 work? Would it have been affected by the issues?
Channel 4 and 4Music still down on All4.
They're both women and that trumps regionality; ITV guidelines

plus one works as a hour behind feed, and they can not change it unless they are able to override the systems I think, see my comment from when prince philip died about channel 5+1 to understand more.

Yes, usually you just see the breakdown an hour on a +1 later but presumably if issues affect the payout directly that could occur at the same time as other channels, not just an hour later.
@Brekkietweets
S4C on Freeview has switched its output to showing E4! About 25 mins now.
