There’ a major technical fault that’s going on with Channel 5 right now - the picture has frozen during the Clint Eastwood film “Two Mules for Sister Sara”. Also seems to have affected Channel 5 +1 as well. They have only just switched to the breakdown caption - no announcements at the moment.
EDIT: 5 USA and 5 Select are off air as well. Just a still caption of USA and a black screen on 5Select. 5 Star appears to be unaffected. Paramount is also just showing a frozen picture.
I've heard there's been a fire alarm at the Broadcast Centre. BT Sport 3 is currently on a slate instead of live College Football from ESPN.
E4 and More 4 also having problems.
The Box channels are also off air.
It looks like on the C4 channels affected that trails and ads can play but the programmes themselves can't.
Considering the extent of the channels affected by this situation, I’m somewhat surprised that the news channels haven’t reported on this yet.
F1 has just ended on Channel 4 and we are stuck on the endcap

Problems at Channel 4 it would appear, the bulk of the F1 Qualifying broadcast from the end of Q1 onwards just went straight out with no commercial breaks and is now stuck on the programme's endcap.
In fact E4's up the shoot as well with flashing images. And Film4 has frozen.. All the +1 channels are fine, as is 4seven.
Looks like the gallery that was doing the Serie A game on BT Sport 2 has just stayed on air and are showing a the second half of a Ligue 1 game from earlier. No breaks, because there's nobody to play them. (though the bug has disappeared)
Channel 5 is still down.
