What I'm noticing is that when I email ITV Viewer Services, it's just "Thank you for taking the time to contact ITV Viewer Services" or "Thank you for contacting ITV" and they just don't respond after that! Am I possibly the only one? This happens when I email them about why ITVBe are decreasing the amount of on screen branding and why I miss many of it's acquisitions. Anybody else noticing this?
