What I'm noticing is that when I email ITV Viewer Services, it's just "Thank you for taking the time to contact ITV Viewer Services" or "Thank you for contacting ITV" and they just don't respond after that! Am I possibly the only one? This happens when I email them about why ITVBe are decreasing the amount of on screen branding and why I miss many of it's acquisitions. Anybody else noticing this?

Maybe because they have more pressing issues to solve.

In my experience in contacting channels (mainly for technical picture quality reasons) it is only the BBC that actually replied and investigated.

Well maybe you should make use of the on-demand offerings instead of waiting for the linear output. Then you wouldn't miss anything and you can see it when you want!

Also note all correspondence doesn't necessarily warrant a reply. Maybe there is no answer. Maybe its deliberate. Maybe they have nobody to reply because the core offerings will be the main channel and possibly ITV2 as well, so feedback from those viewers takes priority over Be due to people actually watching ITV and ITV2.

Anybody else noticing this?Again, as stated so many times, ITVBe's OSP is not a pressing matter. Viewer Services will skim through the emails and pass onto the relevant departments, if your email comes across bizarre, they'll ignore it/bin it.
