It depends entirely on the channel. Most are streaming at 720p around 3 Mbps, and look pretty average as a result, but there are some streaming in much higher quality. The notable one is Bloomberg TV Plus which is a very good quality Ultra HD stream.

Does it have a dedicated news section? I've never noticed any categories for the TV Plus channels on my Samsung TV, so I always assumed the channels are numbered in sequential order without sections.
