Platinum Party at the Palace

Details have been revealed of the Jubilee Party at the Palace. Kirsty Young and Roman Kemp are an odd pairing to present - but I like both of them. What’s the last thing Kirsty did?

“Your Majesty. Mummy.”

He has to do it. Can’t wait!

Kirsty Young is a surprising choice indeed but probably a good one.

Worth pointing out Kirsty probably won't be inviting us to give it up for Ella Eyre and so on, but is presenting the whole of the Jubilee coverage, of which this will be a part of it. Presumably on stage there'll be various celeb hosts doing the introductions, much like how David Dimbleby didn't present the party in 2002.

Quite an interesting line up.

With Queen and Adam Lambert kicking the show off, I wonder if Brian will play the National Anthem from the rooftop of Buckinghan Palace again ??

He’s said he’s not doing it off the roof but somewhere else interesting.

I don't suppose there's any chance of a UHD iPlayer broadcast?
