Makes you wonder sometimes what the point was of the whole process, as GMTV essentially became TV-am Mark 2 - and to add insult to injury they later went cap in hand to the ITC to reduce their financial payments to a level below that which TV-am had offered in the first place. In fairness they weren't the only ITV franchise to do that, but it was the most ironic one.

In line with the BBC Oneness behind-the-scenes video in another thread, here's STV's documentary in making the Scottish 'Blue Squares' TV rebrand possible.
Now on TVTalk, Pres Café and DeviantArt. Goodbye to all that, TVLF.

I see the BBC2 idents (1991-2001) are being uploaded in full and in 4k by Youtube channel "Nathan Morgan". Example below but also uploaded are Copper-Cutout, Fluffy Dog and Firework. Would love to know where these are sourced from. I know Ravensbourne's site has a few of these but in shorter length, and the LambieNairnTube channel (not the tribute channel a few posts above) has Fluffy Dog in full as well.

Ah yes forgot about TV Ark. Should have realised.
"They don't want your name, just your number".
A rare clip of Fiona Bruce presenting Breakfast News from July 1997.
All these channels claiming to have videos in "HD" and 4K", and they're just upscaled SD, often badly upscaled, and often stretched and/or cropped.
Another archive clip has come alive on Youtube of some CBBC and BBC One continuity clips from May 2001.
