One thing we never really got in iPlayer stats, or indeed Netflix stats, is how quickly people watch a show. With scripted content it's not so important but with an elimination reality format where the result will quickly be reported people fans presumably watch sooner rather than later. Drag Race certainly used to trend on Thursday nights when it was released, so be interesting to see how it consolidates and if it is a case that people are choosing to watch it on Tuesday nights on the iPlayer rather than TV.

Of course could also just be the case it's not actually as popular as the hype around it suggests, as I suspect is the case for many shows on the streamers.

Think that was more on the fact that BBC Three's audience were instead watching the BRITs on ITV. Personally, Thursday was an alright time to place the show, but a Tuesday arguably causes trouble in this case.

Drag Race was BBC3's second highest rated show on iPlayer last year with 2.08m viewers so probably more down to the Brits, not being launch night of the channel this week and the lukewarm reaction from some fans to episode 1 last week.
