BBC Three: Launch
Oh dear @ The Catch Up Confusedhock:
Away
The catch-up graphics also feel somewhat similar to Context on BBC news with the blocks. Like others have said it feels like many of these elements will be incorporated into the BBC News rebrand - I hope so anyway.

I might be wrong but didn't the presenter used to be on 60 seconds?
All of the presenters for The Catch Up are new presenters

Absolutely, I feel they’re hinting
All, can we please keep the discussion civil and on topic. Also a reminder of the forum rules.

Digs about continuity announcers and then subsequent squabbles and aren't really on.

We don't want to issue further bans or warnings but will do so if necessary.

Now back to Three - as it's the magic number...
As seen on BBC Newswatch
Having caught a bit of the relaunch of BBC Three, I will have to say to them congratulations. DeMarkay please give your friends props. It must be nerve wracking to do live announcements (I think/Assume they are anyway) on the launch night of a once very popular channel which people have a lot of expectations of. The Catch Up is a really good news show premise, and the execution was decent.

I even think that our Three Things work, when you add sound and CA onto it. It is a lot less creepy. As for the programming, I don't think I will watch much of it; I'm not into reality shows, but some of the stuff may be decent. I am just hoping that this new BBC Three becomes the finishing school for great writers and TV Shows, much like BBC Three was for Little Britain, Gavin and Stacy, and Russell Howard

The video that was privated the other day did say that three blocks were the "starting point" of everything - maybe so.

Just adding that this seems to be intentional, as the CA has just said it the same way again over the credits of Eating With My Ex.
Is the act introducing the shows tonight a Drag Race alumni?
@Brekkietweets
Yes, Bimini Bon Boulash did 7pm - 8pm and we currently have Kitty Scott Claus.

I also think some graohics are a little bit like the rival's news channel (No, not the one starting with Great Britain), the one also known for using a red and white logo. Sky News

Interesting view of BBC Three ECP for the first time as a tv channel.
