I wish BBC Three would use a mix of announcers from BBC One, Two and Four, like Duncan Newmarch, Dean Lydiate, Alyson Slorach and Phil Vowels, BBC Three does not need announcers of their own.

Except none of those channels are remotely similar to BBC Three except maybe some of BBC One. Every channel has the unified BBC brand to uphold, but also their individual brand. For a channel geared towards young viewers, the voice of presenters from the mainstream channels which mostly target older viewers are absolutely not appropriate.

If the continuity is going to be recorded I’m not sure why they need 10. They’d probably manage with no more than 2, even 1.

BBC Three & BBC Four are now listed alongside each other in the TV listings of the RTÉ Guide in The Republic of Ireland. BBC Four has replaced Channel 5's listings within the guide.

Also has there any mention of the relaunch of BBC Three on BBC News bulletins today. There was no mention of it on the tonight's edition of the Six.
