I noticed that the new New Member/Verified/Admin badges became smaller and now it looks a bit pixelated (at least on my phone, on desktop it looks too condensed).

Allowing the text and icon to be slightly bigger and more legible.

The notifications feature is still a nice touch but I’ve noticed the badge doesn’t appear in iOS. The only way I know is by checking the title bar of the window for a (1) or to just click into the notifications list. I’m not sure if it worked differently when the site launched or not.

Well, I guess that was as close as I'll ever get to reading the secret forum...

I haven't changed anything with regards to notifications. In the first major site update, I'm hoping to revamp the notifications feature to introduce push browser notifications.

Sorry for the very brief bit of downtime, had to fix the forum permissions after they went a bit haywire. Should now be back to normal.

The Requests forum seems to have disappeared from the home page - trying to click it on the nav bar at the top gives me a message about not having authorisation.
<t>Uh oh.</t>

Yes, it appeared briefly for a while due to a cock-up. The forum is closed to new members until they reach 20 posts.

So this post is not actual feedback for the forum, but during Friday's news of the Duke's passing, trying to access TVLF on mobile via 4G (on 3) was incredibly slow tried today and it's the same, yet the site loads normally on 3G and Wi-Fi? Anyone else have these issues?

Anyone else have these issues? That's almost certainly going to be congestion on the network as far as Friday was concerned. If it was an issue with the website it wouldn't work on your 3G or Wifi connection.

I'd just like to take a moment to say I'm enjoying seeing the gradual changes filtering through as the site develops, it's shaping up really nicely. Great work Rob and anyone else behind the scenes. I'm a graphic designer and from my limited experience with website development, I don't envy you at all!

Thank you... it's not been an easy task, but it'll be worth it in the end. Still a few more changes to come in the next few days.
