Not opening to tourists just yet but I expect that'll happening by the middle of next year.

Although on the off chance they can't return there were reports last week they are provisionally booking Gwyrch Castle for next year just in case.

Very sensible, although I do hope they'll be able to get back to Oz by then - in some respects I'd be quite surprised if it's necessary to use Wales for a third year in a row, but I appreciate this situation isn't entirely predictable. Next year is the 20th anniversary, so it would be very fitting to go back to Australia if they're able.

Will be a slightly earlier series too due to the World Cup kicking off in mid-November. Wouldn't be surprised if they make it an All Stars series with the 20th anniversary in mind.

I think if they do not need Gwyrch Castle, they can always use it for an international production. The castle would be a real novelty for the Australian version for example.

They've got a castle in Poland that they're using as a hub for international versions now which they can use year-round.

Apparently they've managed to sign up Richard Madeley, I think being in Wales rather than Australia helps them get some of these type of celebs who they've probably been after for several years
#53
Surely Jackie Weaver’s got to be a shoo in?

I agree. Although I think they’ll probably also be a build up celebrities who would rather do it somewhere exotic that haven’t signed up for the last couple of years.

But I think Madeley has been out there once maybe twice doing the ITV 2 show and of course when his son in law was on the show.

she would be a brilliant booking. John Bercow also would tick the ABC1/Twitter boxes. I’m not that enthused about another year at the castle to be honest, but needs must.

ITV Hub spin off show The Daily Drop has been, well, dropped.

Does that sting sound different to anyone else?

Yeah, it does. Seems like different instruments.

Are we finally getting a new title sequence and theme after 13 years?
