The Eurovision branded itself as "2021" although there's the argument that because it was all-new songs it was a new rather than a postponed competition.
I have to agree with the merchandise argument. Nobody is going to want to buy something with "2020" on it.

For the final group matches, I wonder if STV's coverage will be broadcast on, I assume, ITV4 or will ITV do their own coverage?
Likewise, I'm guessing the England match will also go out on ITV2 to allow Scottish viewers to see it.

Channel 4 wanting to get the best possible viewership.
They're both women and that trumps regionality; ITV guidelines
ITV Region: ITV News Tyne Tees
BBC Region: BBC Look North (NE)
I notice in the schedule (according to Digiguide) on the 17th June, ITV have Ukraine v North Macedonia and Denmark v Belgium but sandwiched in the middle is the Royal Ascot Gold Cup race, which is also being simulcast on ITV4.
I assume there is probably something in the rights that require it to be on the main ITV channel but it is just strange these days to see them schedule a single horse race in the middle of two football matches.
