I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised with how good the first ident was. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the idents later tonight.

They could've waited a few days to drop these idents however. April 1st does seem like an odd date...

Looks good so far! Love how even the Subtitles tag disappears behind the objects. The slow pan throughout the room seems interesting, perhaps a 'full' playout of the ident would have it spin 360 degrees around the area?

So who else spotted the 'BBC' and 'One' going behind the scaffolding?
As seen on BBC Newswatch

That’s fabulous. Really classy. The ‘interest’ in the evolving circle. The music. The movement. Lovely. Can’t wait to see the rest.

A big step up from Oneness. I like it. Looked really fresh. The objects passing in front of the BBC One logo worked well.

I particularly love the soundtrack, so refreshing. Great job! Big Grin

All the idents are pretty good in my opinion. Looks like they are launching with 12, should be enough.
<t>Presentation party, Saturdays at 23:00! Free pint and area for talking about how much you hate Oneness!</t>

Scotland ran a longer ident and certainly said a wee bit more than network

First thoughts - quite nicely done - so refreshing to have a bit of camera movement. I’m not sure the elements of the lens made much sense on first viewing, but maybe they will as time goes on and we become familiar with the full set.

Not sure how iconic these will become, but from a first viewing, I didn’t dislike it.

And it didn’t strike me as obvious that it was filmed in the South East of England. If anything it reminded me of some of the railway arches in Leeds.
