Would you be able to clarify where streaming services should be discussed considering there seems to be threads in both Technical and Websites. Will always be a bit of crossover (and with the main forum too) but I'm assuming Technical is the successor to "Mass Media & Tech" at TV Forum where they were generally discussed.

Yes, that's correct. I guess as discussion of streaming services used to happen there, the technical forum seems to be the natural place for that kind of thing. I'll move the streaming threads from the website forum when I have a spare moment.

Site News forum has now closed. Feedback thread has now moved to the Websites forum

Programmes forum is now open.

The latest stage of Forum 2.0 is now live. This sees the introduction (or return if you will) of the sidebar, which will have forthcoming presentation events, as well as updates from the other television presentation websites.

I have also added an advertisement to the sidebar to try and generate some money for the future upkeep of the site. The sidebar is the only place it will appear, and it shouldn't be too obtrusive. If you have any issues with it, please let me know.

You will also notice that there's no new forum header today. I've decided to stop the daily updates as they were getting to be a bit of a chore. There will be a new header tomorrow, and then it'll change on the 1st of each month.

Any problems with today's update, please let me know.

I’ve gotta say Rob, I was going to ask if you had any plans for advertising. I personally wouldn’t object to one or two more if it brings income in for you.

I had plans to bring in a couple more advertisements, they would have appeared after the first post on each page and under the forum header, but it didn't work. I'll look into it at some point.

Made £1.15 so far!! A long way from retirement... Wink
