No new ident for BBC Three on One. Not sure if we will see one later tonight, in the coming days/weeks/months or not at all
They're both women and that trumps regionality; ITV guidelines

A new BBC Three ident just shown on BBC One with the hot pink changed for a pink and purple gradient. Also there is a new DOG in the same size as BBC Four

It’s kind of boring to be honest. At least it changed once though from the BBC One colour to the BBC Three colour in this ident.

One, Three and Four have in particular linking colour schemes with each other - Three and Four have very similar gradients.
I was more so expecting Three to be the pink-purple colour scheme and Four to be a Navy blue-ish.

Also there is a new DOG in the same size as BBC Four I think what's happening there is that it's gone from a BBC One blip to the start of the BBC Three (on One) ident which starts with the BBC One colours before changing to Three's. Either the blip ends on a different part of the animation cycle to where the ident starts or they've toned down the BBC One colours a bit to make the jump to Three noticeable, but either way the cut between the two is noticeable. So I think the lesson there is probably not to use the blip before that ident.

When the BBC THREE ident is playing, the BBC and THREE text should be in white surely like the other channels, not that faded style?
Also, the faded style for all channels on the gradient background would be a really nice look for the social media icons but I see they have went with a different solid colour with white text which doesn't look as nice.

Not particularly - remember Three is still not technically a channel too.
Still annoys me though that even with this revamp the three elements of a tricon are still different widths to the BBC boxes, but this simple ident shows that the split logo works much better if you've something more interesting going on in the middle.

Must say, I found it quite odd that that the BBC One transition into the Three branding was so complete. Like it looked like BBC One even carried a BBC Three DOG, which I don't think it had done pre-rebrand?
