Within each subreddits the threads and posts are structured similarly, but the way that threads are displayed and are ordered is a bit different. I don't think you'd get long term threads such as Breakdown Appreciation etc. as they don't rise to the top when someone posts in it, the ordering is 'New, Best, Hot, controversial'. That's not a problem really it's just a new way of working to get used to
I really do hope that we find a new home somewhere for us to come together and continue the legacy of both TV Forum and TV Live Forum.
And on that note, I wonder if Reddit would be a good option? I realise it's not the perfect answer as we'd need multiple subreddits to replace the sub-forums we have here, but they're a lot easier to run (especially technically) and have the advantage of having the site wide mods and admins for when that's needed. It also has the advantage of allowing admins to come and go without having to set up a whole new platform each time.
It would save a lot of work as all the hard work is done
