Good Morning Britain is what Daybreak should have been from day 1, and actually I think Adrian Chiles could have found success on the GMB format in a way he wasn’t well suited to Daybreak (though Christine Bleakley couldn’t have been involved in such a news-centred programme).
I think Christine has certainly found her niche now with Lorraine and Loose Women, and I would argue that she is the best deputy/No.2 presenter on Lorraine since Kate stepped down in the late 2014 ahead of covering Charlotte's maternity leave on GMB.
