The new offering, initially available in the US, is going mobile-exclusive and will also offer a selection of NFL Network and NFL Films programming. The existing NFL GamePass International service is staying as it is (for now).

Worth noting that NFL GamePass International really is more of a combination of the domestic GamePass with NFL Sunday Ticket, since it allows you to access all NFL games live (apart from those selected for broadcast in the 6pm and 9:25pm windows on Sky Sports). The domestic GamePass only offered after the event highlights and replays.
The NFL of course, wrestling with the dilemma of how to enter this area while not cannibalising their (very lucrative) domestic rights deals. It’s the same reason NFL Network gets left with crumbs (which will be even more the case with TNF moving exclusively to Amazon leaving NFL Network with a London game and some late season fixtures).
