Struggling to find the document I read just a couple of months back now which had some interesting stats on the proposals but basically the conclusion of the PSBs themselves was they'd get very minimal benefit from it but it would be hugely detrimental to other digital channels.
Indeed. And of course being permitted by Ofcom to increase air-time for commercials does not mean the broadcasters have to follow it.
