There will not be a bloodbath on air. I've little time for XR but the point of protest is to be noticed, so the police telling them to do it off-site isn't one they're going to accept. Similarly broadcasters aren't not going to cover the race or events stopping the race.
The irony here give new "noisy protest" laws is any protest will likely turn down the volume.
