Again, I can't imagine Richard Madeley replacing Piers permanently GMB goes back to the April 2014 Format where they have 4 hosts or unless Ben decides to leave GMB.

To put it into perspective the Main Hosts team will look like this:
Richard Madeley - White
Susanna Reid - White
Ben Shephard - White
Kate Garraway - White.

Not a single BAME person will be on the main presenting team.

So should they parachute someone - who clearly isn't right for the role - in, just to tick some diversity boxes? Or would it be wiser to simply hire the best presenter at the time?
I think that in a day and age of diversity and equality, there's no reason why they shouldn't do both

And if the person who ticks all the diversity boxes isn't best-suited for the role - what then?
