As was previously discussed, the FIFA World Cup finals draw is today at 17:00 BST from Qatar (live across BBC One, BBC Two, BBC Red Button and elsewhere). A rather random presenting trio have been confirmed in former USA international Carli Lloyd, familiar face from the BBC and BT Sport Jermaine Jenas and presenter Samantha Johnson, who seems to be FIFA's go to presenter for draws. Mark Chapman is down to host the BBC coverage with guests Alan Shearer, Efan Ekoku, James McFadden, Julien Laurens and Tim Vickery with Jonathan Pearce on commentary.


The pots are outlined below: England in Pot 1, Wales/Scotland/Ukraine in Pot 4. No more than two, but at least one, European team can be drawn in each group and no more than one team from the other confederations can be drawn into the same group.
