Personally I think that Russian teams should be banned from competing in sports (such as the World Cup football) while the country is at war, but solo athletes - including those due to be at the Paralympics - should be allowed to compete (though not under their national banner). There's no reason to ban Medvedev from Wimbledon, as he's not representing his country there, he's playing for his own personal glory and prize money. Punish the country, not the individual.
