I think the cancellation of the F1 GP was going to be apparent when the Russian flag was being removed from the F1 app the night before it was officially called off.

The IOC have also issued (by their standards) a very strong worded statement instructing sporting organisations to remove events from Russia and Belarus which should embolden any wary organisations like the FIA to do so.

And some admin, the Europa League and Europa Conference League Round of 16 draws were conducted earlier. Presumably Leicester and West Ham will have seperate kick-offs, with Rangers the other British side still remaining.
