Absolutely agree the iPlayer is much more than a catch up service and should be promoted in trails, but also agree the channel broadcast should not be excluded in promotion too. There does seem to be an increasing amount of trailers which advertise shows being on BBC iPlayer (or BBC Sounds), but doesn't mention they also have a broadcast slot.
Hopefully the relaunch will integrate the two better - I might be getting this wrong but I think the way it's heading is that content will be promoted more as being on the BBC rather than a specific service.
