Good Morning Britain
He made a big thing of how he left the programme because he refused to apologise for something he truly believed in, and made out that he'd taken one for the team, acted selflessly for the greater good, that his departure was some sort of noble moral victory over all those who would try to stifle free speech... Yet now, less than three months later, he's piping up with how he'd love to be back as a guest presenter. He had a choice and chose not to apologise and leave. You know what they say you have to do when you make your bed... You're off the show, Piers. Move on, kidda - it's getting embarrassing.
"Good evening. Dull, grey, cold, miserable - and that's just me. The weather hasn't been great, either."
