Not sure what’s going on here but the programme text in the top right differs from what the EPG is saying. I’ve been noticing this seems to be happening more frequently lately. Like right now for example it should be “it’s on Girl Bands vs Boy Bands” but the programme text is saying “Non-Stop Magic Hits” and it is currently playing Sinead O’Connor
Doubt your average music channel flicker would actually notice that, though.
What's probably happened is the EPG listing were submitted to Sky somewhere around early November, and between now and then, the actual output was changed, and no one bothered to send the revised programming block detailed for the EPG to be updated.

It may also be a knock-on effect from the Red Bee incident, which severely impacted Channel 4 (and therefore The Box Plus Network, of which Magic is a part) -- while the channels are back up and broadcasting now, it doesn't mean that scheduling has returned to normal, and they may be in a similar music-only playlist as 4Music was for the several weeks before its non-music programs returned.
Making sure that the main Channel 4-branded services were in working order was likely the priority, given their prominence and complexity, and it's probable getting the music channels back in order, including planned thematic blocks, were bumped down the list of importance.
As for the EPG, it's possible C4/Box Plus were hoping things would be fully back in order on the music channels by now (given it is now January) and planned for that instead of still having to grapple with whatever technical hangups that might be going on.
