Aside from the eventual new logo and makeover of possibly the entire BBC, they could do a documentary series looking back at the BBC's history, from their radio beginnings in 1922, to the birth of television in 1936 and so on.

I think they will make more archive programmes available... even if it is iplayer only and not broadcast on linear.

The problem with that is BritBox, which has a lot of older content from all four major networks (BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5).

I know the actual brand of BBC One has not been around for a century, but I reckon they will get some special anniversary idents.

I'd happily see the new logo, when the time comes, revealed during an early evening junction across BBCs One and Two sometime, a couple of weeks before it is rolled out.

I don't remember the details, but I do recall reading some years ago that there was a huge "time capsule"-type cache of recorded interviews with key people from the early years that had been squirreled away in the vaults with the specific intention of being released for the centenary.
