Interestingly the puppeteer doesn't have his monitor showing a back to front image, which I thought was the usual way of working.

Though if he's having to read from captions on the screen then I suppose it needs to be the correct way round

With the BBC News channel set to receive the new branding later this month, it leaves me to question when CBeebies and CBBC will get their brand refresh.

With the BBC News channel set to receive the new branding later this month, it leaves me to question when CBeebies and CBBC will get their brand refresh.

Wouldn't surprise me if it happens at the same time, since all they'll be doing on the kids channels is updating the BBC blocks. There's no real reason why they couldn't have done that at the same time as BBC One and BBC Two, which also kept their existing idents (One has since replaced them of course, but didn't initially).
