Even though there were no massive changes to this house this year. Over all i have to say this was a successful design for CBS. THe house as a Alps Ski Lodge theme to fit the winter time period of broadcast. They have upgraded the lighting technology this year. FInally after 17 years, they have removed the old fashion florescent bulb light boxes that were installed when the house was first built. They have installed LED lights around the perimeter of the rooms. Probably the last BB house in the world to do so. (LOL)The biggest change to the structure of the house is the removal of the dangerous spiral staircase. Im glad its gone. THey have installed a staircase against the back wall. Not sure if it will remain for the summer series. But it seems that the door of backyard has also been changed as well. ..after 17 years

He ruined what was already a lack lustre production - I struggled to watch it really and am now thankful producers didn't air their first week in the house.

Well I thought at least the house looked decent. Certainly much brighter than last year. But Im still wondering why they cant sort the backyard, oddly very dark. Didnt understand why they used a "brownish/beige-y" colour scheme on Julies stage. Odd choice. It think another problem is the graphics company that Fly On the Wall have used for years. Still dont understand what the yodeling in the intro was about. I know why it was used...but really. And the logo was ok if incredibly boring. And again the CBS Promo logo was different from the actual program logo. Sorry it such an annoying thing that irritates me about the CBS Promo group.
It irritated me they all have used their own personal promo shots with odd backgrounds. They could even use the photoshopped versions they used when they released the cast. UGH.

Is odd CBS use an adapted version of the official logo then the show itself uses a cheap off-brand version. Usually it is the other way around.
