I'm trying think of the insurance(?) company who did those adverts where a person has a problem (e.g. broken fridge, in a car accident etc.) and then time stops around them so they can use the company website then time stops.
Can anyone tell me the name of company, please?

That wasn't an insurance company, that was the payday loans company QuickQuid.
Like a lot of payday loan companies, it went into administration to avoid paying the full amount of compensation liable to customers who were missold loans.
