Not so much a "pet peeve" as such more like "mild annoyance". When certain bits of presentation start to diverge from the "original" / "master" set and are not consistent with maintaining the standard set by what has been established.
This applies to both "normal" branding presentation for channels and news presentation as well.

On BBC One, I find it a little odd that the Nations will use exactly the same scripts for continuity announcements as network. I realise it probably makes sense that only one person watches/previews the programme and writes the scripts, but you can often tell when the script doesn't suit a particular announcer's style/delivery. It's often the "excitement" they have for the BBC Three strand that is least convincing.
That said, I realise this is very niche - and most viewers probably don't notice/care.

Not strictly presentation but as a similar thing was mentioned above - for me, it's that ITV Hub pauses adverts when you switch tabs in your browser, but won't pause the programme when you do that.
Also, when adverts for the next programme take up more of the screen than the credits for the current programme (thinking of ITV here which on my slightly old TV reduces the credits to being barely readable. I don't tend to read the credits much but it's nice to be able to read who's put work into the programme)

I'll third that and add - breakdowns on reactive channels where they don't play music, just leave the silent caption up.
And breakdowns with announcers who won't ad-lib and divert from the script, such as the One Show fire alarm where the anno robotically read a generic apology about technical problems, and the various breakdowns within a junction (eg trails failing to play) where the announcer apologises for a "break in the programme".

However much you try and change settings you can't avoid it.
