What's the story here? Is this from the Ceefax pages after the final analogue closedown (when it could only be viewed inside the BBC)?

I'm very curious about that Sky MCR testcard, I could've sworn there definitely was a Sky HD testcard at one stage.

According to Tineye the first Ceefax shot ("most wonderful organisation in the world") seems to have been first posted here:

They’re from an episode of “Alexei Sayle’s Stuff”, first broadcast on BBC2 in the late 80s.
