New news bulletins have launched - bespoke title sequence and they’re anchored in front of a screen showing a newsroom but with GBN elements (e.g. slanted shapes, GBN logo on the screens etc). I think they look good.

That looks really good I have to say.
Makes it feel much more like an actual news channel.
I'm always a big fan of 'formal' news bulletins and anything purporting to be news related should have them in my view.

Hmmn. NOT the BEST delivery IMHO - but will improve with correct training.
From a journos point of view there was no response from the Leeds health authority over the medical story they ran in the bully. Sad that it is, just running a clip from bereaved parents makes it unbalanced.

They could do with another bulletin reader during the day as Rosie has been on-air since 6am. Considering that they've already mucked up the basics of getting comments from both sides, it wasn't ready yet to go live.

Was thinking exactly the same thing. Delivery seemed terse, 'here's your news' almost felt like it was something forced. Graphics still look like something PowerPoint knocked up and same basic editorial issues at play. Poor.

They do look good and there is a certainly a market for a short concise top of the hour bulletin, something that's been missing from TV for quite some time and something the 24 hour channels don't really deliever, even with their three minute long headline sequences.
