I like what they did with the Film, More, and Music variants, playing on the shape of the 4 and all.
Also looking at Film4's again, it kinda looks like an alternate E4, with the F and the center-bottom-left block forming an "E" type shape

Interesting to see. I do like the more stylised Film4 logo but suspect they thought the F did resemble E4's E too much - and to be honest I don't think that logo would have seemlessly fitted in to the existing idents and presentation as much as the one they went with did.
More4 certainly looks better and very much felt like the unloved element of this rebrand. Yes, there is a similarity with 4Music but I think they get away with it .

I’m surprised this hasn’t been mentioned, but Channel 4 and Sky have renewed their long term partnership deal. The article doesn’t go too in-depth into what to except, but it certainly seems like more of All4 will come to Sky, and Ad Smart may become more frequent on Channel 4.

I am watching Channel 4 News right now and I am very surprised to see that Ciaran Jenkins is co-anchoring the programme with Jon Snow. If I am not wrong this is the first time I see Ciaran Jenkins co-anchoring the programme. Why is this? Is Ciaran moving to newsreading? Possibly replacing Jon Snow himself when he retires? Or maybe it's because he was the only one available tonight? Still he is doing a decent job

Exactly - every well known newsreader has a first day at some point. We're also heading into summer when reporters will often get a try out in the hosts chair, plus of course we know many organisations are dealing with alot of self-isolation at the moment.

Exactly ! I can remember Jon Snow's first stint at being a TV newsreader. The ITN Saturday Teatime news late 70s.
He looked terrified, (as any of us would)
I also remember him on LBC's first ever day, attempting to read a bulletin. Every report failed to play.
