How long did Patrick do drive on talkradio for must of only been about 2 weeks. Did anyone hear a rumour about piers joining gb news yesterday. They have started coming up again if piers doesn't fix gb news nothing will and channel will probably have to close

Interesting point... don't some media outlets have a 'gardening leave' period whereby you're taken off air and cannot start anywhere else for a set period of time?

I am surprised at Patrick leaving talkRADIO - it just shows that GB News must have plenty of cash to use to give better salaries than talkRADIO - if talkRADIO really wanted to keep Patrick, they would have offered a better salary.
Is GB News going to be filled with talkRADIO hosts now? Mike Graham, Julia Hartley Brewer, Ian Collins, are they all planning to jump?

I do wonder whether people like Mark Dolan and Patrick Christys have left talkRADIO because they feel GB News will be a success and it is a smart move or is it simply down to salary offerings from GB News?
GB News has not had the best 2 months or so on air, their presentation is still mocked, and their ratings are still very very low I presume?
With talkRADIO hosts seeming to be willing to jump ship very quick, are they thinking GB News is going to be more successful than talkRADIO?

Maybe they should try and poach Paul Ross from talkSPORT/talkRADIO - get a reasonably well known name on the channel (yes brother of Jonathan Ross not exactly claim to fame I know) but Paul is a very decent presenter.
