Because of the "European-friendly" time zone, I'd be surprised if both BBC and ITV are not out in Qatar for the whole tournament, as opposed to going over come the knockout stages. And as for the commentary, it should all be on-site - for both broadcasters. Only use off-tube in the event of a breakdown with the on-site commentary.
