Wonder if the BBC had a helping hand in creating these? ? It’s definitely different that’s for sure! Will be good to see the whole set of idents…

My post seems to have disappeared (got an AJAX error when trying to post it) so I'll try again.
I love that they have ditched the pink. I imagine they want THREE to stand out on iPlayer also so it doesn't share pink with the main iPlayer brand.
The idents are a callback to the BBC CHOICE idents for sure. But at least they aren't just mostly static objects and seem to interact with one another now, so there is the potential for comedy with them, which makes them also seem like they are invoking the spirit of the 'blobs' identity too. I wonder if the idents are always going to be hands but in different poses or if other things are part of it?
Very excited to see where they take this.

Reminiscent of BBC Choice but ugly and garish - not a fan at all and the concept feels very dated. Although returning as a channel I'd have thought they'd retain something that would well in the digital space too as the tricon does. Nowhere near as nice as the Three on One idents.

The hand motif creeps me out to be honest. Im getting an uncanny valley vibe to them, and the fact that they are just walking around is off putting to me. As for the colour scheme, I don't mind it. The channel's new content looks like a hybrid of ITV2 reality rubbish, and E4 Brashness and cheekiness. I dig it, but I thought the Beeb would try a different tact with their nouveau BBC Three.

If I remember correctly, didn't they have a Friday night Doctor Who double for a while?
Torchwood is very unlikely to be repeated, it's a post watershed show for one,
