They did switch I think round 36 and 37 of matches so each team had the opportunity to have a crowd for one match in the final two rounds.

Man Utd v Liverpool looking like it'll miss its 1630 kick-off, due to protestors breaking into the stadium and getting onto the pitch. I think they'd be hard pressed to find another day to play the match before the end of the season - so I don't know if that means a delay to the Spurs game if it goes beyond an hour's delay.

Even with remote production it wouldn’t be the same team on both games.
It might cause issues for some smaller broadcasters who may have expected to bring in both games using the same lines, but most would have workarounds- like using a satellite downlink of a feed rather than via fibre, not having a backup for a period of time.
