To be fair at least they're varying it up - I expected back to back Farage. Is odd though they're repeating people outside of their usual slots.
Timings seem a bit odd though with the 20 past switch over. If they're putting together pre-prepared packages I'd have thought just a 5 minute news update at the top of the hour would be better.

Anybody surprised by the Grimes appointment hasn’t been paying attention. He’s right at home on a line up with the likes of Wootton, Oliver, Harwood, Farage and co. And Alistair Stewart losing part of his slot for Grimes is pretty damning of the channel
Also for a channel that so lambasts the mainstream news outlets you do wonder why they’ve then copied and pasted the Sky News Sunrise line-ups from about 6 years ago. It’s not as if that line up was bringing in the viewers for Sky back then so why would it be different now?
Surely too even the GB News ‘megafans’ on Twitter surely won’t be spending their Christmas Day tucking into Wootton, Neil Oliver and Farage.

I don't know what sound quality you're expecting from a station with a bandwidth of 24kbps.
Just to give some context here, most other stations transmitted in DAB+/DAB has a bandwidth of 32, 64 or 80kbps.
