Now I wasn't expecting that.
I really like Stephen, and hope that everything works out for him. However, it once again leaves me wondering what GB News are hoping to achieve. For what I've seen recently, the issue isn't those on screen, but rather the content they're putting out. I just don't see how bringing new presenters on board really helps.

I never expected to see Stephen jumping ship from Sky. That is a shock. It begs the questions, why are Sky presenters moving to GB News? Surely people like Stephen know the issues the channel is having...

I appreciate this isn't the forum to talk about presenter's salaries, but they must be throwing some serious money for established journalists to jump from long-term roles when realistically, none of them know how long their GB News gig could last.

This does surprise me. I think Mr Dixon is an excellent and accomplished broadcaster who looked very comfortable at Sky News.
Perhaps in the way that Andrew Marr wants people to hear his opinions, Stephen Dixon is the same and sees GB News as the best opportunity to reach an audience which is, albeit, quite small at the moment.
I wonder if, at GB News, they have now been to the real lows and they feel that they're on their way up?
